This role supports the Head of Learning & Development in delivering programmes aligned to the head office people strategy. Key focus areas include Early Careers, Induction & Onboarding, Colleague Career Pathways, and Customer Care. You will act as a commercially minded L&D expert, designing and embedding creative learning solutions that directly improve retail store performance. The role requires building strong relationships with senior leaders across head office functions and influencing engagement with both existing and new L&D initiatives throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver programmes of work linked to the head office people strategy, including Early Careers, Induction & Onboarding, Career Pathways, and Customer Care.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders to influence engagement with L&D initiatives.
- Design and deliver impactful learning solutions that enhance retail store performance.
- Lead L&D projects from concept to implementation, ensuring solutions are embedded and measurable.
- Create best‑in‑class induction and onboarding experiences.
- Develop Early Careers initiatives, including establishing partnerships with education authorities.
- Produce blended learning tools for both in‑person delivery and LMS platforms.
