Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Team Development: Motivate your team to deliver their best, fostering a culture of positivity, engagement, and excellence. Build a strong and collaborative team, uniting everyone around shared goals and a vision for success. Proactively address employee relations, resolving issues while supporting ongoing learning and development. Communicate openly and clearly, ensuring alignment and trust across all levels of the team.   • Operational Excellence: Oversee the daily running of the store, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and housekeeping to create an inviting shopping experience.
