The Merchandising and Trading teams play an integral part of the business as they ensure that we have the right products, in the right store/website, at the right time with the right quantities. They work closely with the Buying team to plan and build the ranges taking control of stock levels to maximise profit. We are looking for individuals with analytical minds who want to jump start a career in Merchandising. Our entry level merchandising teams consist of talented MAA's and Trading Assistants, both of which share a love for numbers and analytical thinking. As this is an entry level role, our merchandising team will train and develop you so that you can have a successful career in this area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run daily and weekly sales reports and distribute to the team
  • Review intake of stock for the category and manage any queries from our retail stores to ensure allocations are delivered in a timely manner, highlighting any concerns to the wider team
  • Support the Trading Manager with store performance and product optimisation
  • Maintain good systems ‘house keeping’ within the category
  • Share best practices across the buying and merchandising community
