Key Responsibilities

Lead engaging visual merchandising efforts to create a clean and inviting space for customers and colleagues alike. Prioritize Health & Safety, safeguarding the wellbeing of your team and customers.
  • Sales & Performance: Motivate your team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Identify growth opportunities for team members and suggest strategies for their development.
