Reporting totheFleetReadiness Manager, this role is to support the ongoing program of re-fits, repairs and refurbishment of our truck and trailer fleet interiors and exteriors.Responsibilities include working with trades in a supporting role,carrying out general first fix joinery, bodywork repairs.
Main Duties
- Responsibilities include working with trades in a supporting role, carrying out general first fix joinery, bodywork repairs.
- Remove and disposal of waste products created during the strip out and refurbishment of trailer builds.
- Painting andmaintainingthe chassis,wheels,and associated kit for deployments.
- Assistthe varioustrades whererequiredin the fit out of the projects.
- Reseal theexternalsof the units.
- Painting doors, woodwork of builds
- General site maintenance of HQ and yard.
- Hands-on support
Experience- Essential
- Understand sitesafety.
- Ability to work with in a team environment.
- Read and interpret technical drawings.
- Proven ability to problemsolve.
- Trained in the use of power tools.
Experience β Preferable
- Ability to manage& delivermultiple tasks to a high standard on time.
- Proven organizational skills.
- Flexible working planning and prioritizing workload.
- Trained in the use of cutting room joinery machinery.

Other Requirements
- Full UK residency and hold a valid driving license and have suitable transport provisions (public transport is not recommended due to location of offices)
- Able to travel throughout the UK and Overseas ifrequired.
