Reporting totheFleetReadinessManager,this role is to support the ongoing program of re-fits, repairs and refurbishment of our truck and trailer fleet interiors and exteriors.
Main Duties
- Responsibilities include working withothertrades in a supporting role, carrying out general first fix joineryand second fix joinery.
- Insulating and building the internal wall construction on new builds.
- Ordering materials for builds fromtechnicaldrawings.
- Painting andmaintainingthe chassis,wheels,and associated kit for deployments.
- Painting doors,doorframes,woodwork.
- Installation of suspended ceilings.
- Installation of Dibond walkways and external walkways.
Experience- Essential
- Time served joiner.
- Understand sitesafety.
- Ability to work with in a team environment.
- Read and interpret technical drawings.
- Proven ability to problemsolve.
- Trained in the use of power tools.
- Trained in the use of cutting room joinery machinery.
Experience β Preferable
- Ability to manage& delivermultiple tasks to a high standard on time.
- Proven organizational skills.
- Flexible working planning and prioritizing workload.
- Basic level of computer skills.

Other Requirements
- Full UK residency and hold a valid driving license and have suitable transport provisions (public transport is not recommended due to location of offices)
- Able to travel throughout the UK and Overseas ifrequired
