We are an established Audio Visual Hire, Live Events and Staging Company based in Central London, and have been trading for over 25 years. We are a fantastic company to work for and are now looking to expand our team and continue to grow and develop our business. We strive to offer excellent customer service to all of our clients.

The Job Overview

We are looking for Part-Time Audio Visual Live Technicians/crew to join our full time team. The right candidate should be ambitious and is able to use own initiative to solve problems and learn about new technology. Would suit someone available 1, 2 or 3 days per week.

Responsibilities And Duties

  • As an AV Technician/crew, your duties will include:
  • Testing equipment prior to going on site.
  • Checking & Loading/Unloading equipment.
  • Delivering, Setting-up and de-rigging AV Equipment
  • Operating and/or working on Live Events

Qualifications And Skills

  • Have a understanding of AV, including: Sound, Lighting, Video, Projection, IT, etc.
  • Full UK Driving License is essential. Van driving experience is preferred.
  • You should be able to display that you regularly use your own initiative.
  • You should have experience of delivering a high quality service to all types of client’s, have excellent client facing skills and good communication skills.
  • A good positive and happy attitude as well as a team player.
  • Ability to work long hours on events when required due to the nature of the events industry.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to resolve issues diplomatically and calmly.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner on its customer’s sites.
  • You must have the capability to carry and lift AV equipment and staging from vans to venues.
