MISSION

As an Office Administrator, you will support the day-to-day operations of the UK office, ensuring smooth administrative, order processing, and customer support activities. You will play a key role in maintaining efficient internal processes and delivering high-quality service to customers and partners.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process and manage customer sales orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide administrative support
  • Follow up on orders, deliveries, and payment status
  • Generate invoices and support payment tracking
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the office
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels
  • Manage incoming phone calls and emails
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Care, Finance) to ensure smooth operations

PROFILE & REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, or office support role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
