MISSION
As GBT Expert / Sales Representative – Midlands, you will be responsible for promoting EMS’s GBT solutions across the Midlands region. Reporting to the General Manager – UK & Ireland, you will develop strong relationships with dental professionals, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), universities, and distribution partners to ensure the adoption and success of EMS solutions in your territory.
This role is well-suited to:
- Experienced sales professionals from the dental industry
- Dental hygienists/therapists looking to transition into a commercial role.
MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and develop relationships with dental practices, resellers, and educational institutions.
- Ensure territory sales growth through regular customer visits and new client acquisition.
- Educate and engage distributor partners on GBT and EMS product offerings.
- Organize and conduct GBT courses for clinicians in the region.
- Represent EMS at national and local events, congresses, and exhibitions.
Clinical Education & Support
- Provide clinical training and technical support on EMS systems and GBT protocols.
- Build and maintain a network of Key Opinion Leaders to support brand visibility.
- Collaborate with educational partners and academic institutions.
Reporting & CRM
- Record all activities and customer data in the company’s CRM system.
- Provide regular feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and commercial opportunities.
- Collaborate with Customer Care and internal departments to ensure excellent client support.
PROFILE & REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in dental sales with a proven track record.
- Strong sales skills from lead generation to closing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- For Dental Hygienist / Therapist profiles: BSc/Diploma in Dental Hygiene (or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in dental practice.
- Experience in training, KOL activities, or teaching is a strong asset.
- Confidence in influencing clinicians and presenting in group settings.
Additional Requirements (All profiles):
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently across the region.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
