Em Rec Limited is seeking an experienced Advanced Care Practitioner to join a busy, patient-focused primary care service delivering urgent and same-day care.
You will assess, diagnose, treat and refer patients within autonomous practice, working with a supportive multidisciplinary team.
You will triage, provide same-day appointments, and deliver safe, evidence-based care in line with NICE guidelines.
