About Our Opportunity
We’re looking for a Financial Reporting Manager to join our UK Finance team, responsible for delivering accurate, timely and insightful financial reporting across the business. Reporting to the UK Financial Controller, this role sits at the centre of the finance function; ensuring strong financial control, supporting senior decision‐making and maintaining clear visibility of performance. You’ll also play a key role in external reporting, including banking and audit.
What You Will Be Doing
You’ll lead the month‑end close process, producing high‑quality management accounts with clear insight into performance and key drivers. You’ll also take responsibility for bank reporting and play a key role in audit and statutory reporting. Alongside this, you’ll oversee central cost reporting, support Group and Board reporting, and work closely with Finance Business Partners and FP&A to ensure consistency across all outputs. A key focus will be driving improvements in reporting quality, control and efficiency, including greater use of automation and standardisation.
About You
