What you will be doing
As a Weighbridge Administrator at EMR you will:
- Welcome customers/drivers and guide them through weigh-in and weigh-out
- Capture accurate details (vehicle, material type, weights) on the system
- Issue tickets/receipts and answer pricing/payment queries (where applicable)
- Liaise with the yard team to keep traffic moving safely and smoothly
- Handle admin tasks: records, basic reports, filing/compliance checks
- Stay calm and professional during busy periods and customer complaints
About you
We don’t ask for formal qualifications or experience and can teach you everything you need to know. What we can’t teach is:

If you have these qualities, you’re already well on your way to being an excellent Weighbridge Operator. We’ll provide training to develop your knowledge, skills and expertise on the job and support your continued progression.
