As Regional Lead Maintenance Engineer, you’ll play a vital part in maintaining safe, reliable, and efficient operations — helping build a greener, fairer world for future generations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and coordinate planned and reactive maintenance across fixed and mobile plant.
- Lead, develop, and support your team, setting high standards for safety, performance, and reliability.
- Plan and allocate work to minimise downtime and maintain production efficiency.
- Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement across all maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and procedures.
- Utilise CMMS systems to track performance, optimise scheduling, and manage critical spares.
About You
You’re an experienced maintenance professional with a strong technical foundation and proven leadership skills. You can balance hands‑on support with strategic oversight while driving reliability and developing your team.
- Proven experience in a maintenance or engineering lead role, ideally across multiple sites.
- Background in heavy engineering, construction, steel, or similar environments.
- Multi‑skilled with a mechanical or electrical bias (both advantageous).
- Confident using CMMS and performance data to enhance reliability and efficiency.
- Excellent communicator who can engage effectively from shop floor to senior management.
