Join us as an Area ELV Supervisor covering South West sites (Gloucester, Sharpness, Cardiff, Swindon). You will support ELV processing, ensure safety and efficiency, and help meet company targets. Responsibilities include: Hands-on vehicle depollution and component identification to maximize reuse and recycling Travel to sites within your area to support ELV teams Collaborate with teams to meet production targets Ensure depollution processes adhere to SOPs Work with the Area Manager to optimize operations Support safety, sustainability, and efficiency initiatives Manage waste products responsibly Accurate documentation and reporting Promote health and safety practices within the team About You: We value potential over qualifications.
