We're a leading business in the construction sector looking for a digital-first marketer who can own our online presence end to end — from keeping multiple websites performing at their best to running a high-impact social media programme across LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing and optimising multiple websites — ensuring content is accurate, SEO-optimised and aligned with our priorities
  • Planning and delivering a multi-platform social media calendar with consistent messaging and timely engagement
  • Producing monthly analytics dashboards across websites and social channels, turning insight into action
  • Creating compelling content that brings our projects, people, safety and sustainability work to life
  • Collaborating with operational teams, project managers and senior stakeholders across dispersed sites
  • Maintaining brand consistency across diverse project teams
  • Monitoring channels for reputational issues — particularly around safety, outages and community impact

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in utilities, construction, engineering or infrastructure is strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of SEO, UX, analytics and content optimisation
  • Confident managing multiple websites via WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore or similar
  • Skilled in social scheduling, monitoring and reporting tools
  • Able to translate complex technical information into clear, engaging content
  • Creative — able to brief designers or produce assets in Canva or Adobe Express
