We’re hiring for a creative and commercially astute Digital Marketing Executive to join a high-end, design-led business with a beautifully considered brand, strong digital presence, and ambitious growth plans. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of multi-channel campaigns, combining content creation, social media management, digital performance tracking, and agency collaboration – all within a well-resourced and supportive in-house team. You’ll be the digital storyteller and executional engine behind organic and paid campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Pinterest, with additional exposure to Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, and WordPress CMS. You’ll also work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, gaining mentorship while still owning day-to-day activity. The ideal candidate would have worked within business-to-consumer and have exposure or has worked for luxury brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and manage organic and paid content across key social platforms
  • Write and design compelling content that’s on-brand, visually engaging, and optimised per channel
  • Liaise with the external agency to coordinate and review Google Ads activity
  • Support email marketing campaigns via HubSpot (segmentation, content, analytics)
  • Assist with on-page SEO, blog content, and uploading via WordPress
  • Track and report on performance using tools like GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Hotjar, SEMrush
  • Design digital assets using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar

We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience in the UK – ideally in a premium or design-led environment
  • Strong copywriting and design skills – confident creating for both social and email
  • Experience using Canva, Adobe Photoshop/InDesign, and HubSpot (or similar CRM/email platforms)
  • Familiarity with web CMS tools (WordPress) and digital analytics platforms
  • A creative mindset with a hands-on, can-do approach – you enjoy juggling multiple campaigns
  • Passionate about brand storytelling, design, and digital performance

This role offers the best of both worlds – creative ownership and performance-led marketing within a collaborative, down-to-earth team. You’ll be empowered to make a visible impact in a growing brand with high standards and strong values. To apply or find out more, feel free to get in touch for a confidential chat.
