A B2B financial services provider is seeking a commercial Property Manager to manage a number of high-profile developments. In this role you’ll be the main POC for all queries including health and safety, marketing, property inspections and hiring of staff.
This role is a 1-year FTC.
Responsibilities:
- Ownership of the design of the customer journey for each property and creation of market leading events programme by working with partners
- Work with letting agency for marketing / brand initiatives to ensure properties are filled to maximise revenue
- Ensure client experience is maximised to ensure customer experience is market leading
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives through inspections that will enhance quality of service.
- To devise and implement a commercial strategy that protects and enhances income
- Direct the letting agents to ensure the commercial estate is managed in an efficient and cost effective manner with optimal tenant mix,
- To ensure that the managing agents achieve the required contract standard, in terms of credit control , service charge reconciliation and proactive KPIs on health and safety
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for the commercial portfolio
- Recruit staff for each development
Requirements:
- Proven expertise in property management and commercial asset management
- Demonstrable track record of effective senior level engagement.
- RICS professional qualification or equivalent with at least 7 years post qualification experience
- Good understanding of marketing would help
- Expert appreciation of commercial sectors
- Ability to drive with ideally a clean licence
- Track record of managing multiple developments across a region
- Very good understanding of relevant health and safety and environmental legislation.
- Track-record of recruiting a team across different regions
- UK experience essential; no sponsorship will be given
