Salary £45,000 – £50,000 + bonus + Car Allowance
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Campaign & Partnership Manager to lead our partnership marketing efforts by creating and delivering impactful, collaborative campaigns that align with our brand values and those of our partners.
This role offers the chance to work on an ambitious and transformational marketing calendar, driving guest engagement and revenue growth through strategic partnerships and IP collaborations. You’ll play a key role in positioning us as a trusted, best-in-class brand activation partner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and agencies.
- Develop co-branded marketing plans tailored to different consumer segments.
- Collaborate across teams (Operations, Legal, Training, Finance) to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns (print, PR, social, paid media) from concept to delivery.
- Analyse campaign performance using data-driven insights to inform future strategies.
- Identify synergies with wider business objectives to enhance partnership opportunities.

- Proven track record in building and managing successful brand and IP partnerships.
- Expertise in delivering end-to-end projects aligned with commercial KPIs.
