Key Responsibilities: Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy : Create and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals, balancing long-term vision with short-term objectives. Hands-On Implementation : Take an active role in executing marketing activities, from campaign creation to overseeing daily tasks. Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a small in-house team (one direct report) to ensure productivity and professional growth.
