A B2C financial services provider is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to design and implement the marketing and digital strategy. The role is to drive growth and help the business achieve its ambitious growth targets.
Responsibilities:
- Keep all content updated on the website
- Prepare all external communications including the issuing and creation of monthly newsletters and marketing mailouts, blogs and content for customer base
- Develop and execute campaigns for email marketing, paid search marketing, search engine marketing, website, social media, and SMS
- Track all conversions efficiently via Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Development and management of PPC campaigns (Google Adwords / Bing/Facebook)
- Ability to report on campaign outcomes and deliver leads to the business against an agreed CPL and CPA
- Landing page optimisation
- Keyword research and creation of ads on the various platforms
- Support sales team with relevant content / collateral
- Team management
Requirements:
- ~5+ years marketing experience in B2C financial services ideally
- Good analytical skills, including the use of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Analytics, Tag Manager etc
- Knowledge of planning and building dynamic campaigns
- Good communication skills
- A genuine passion for all things Paid Media and digital
- Hands-on PPC experience
- Good attention to detail & performance driven
- Good written, analytical & verbal communication skills
- Proactive team player able to work individually and as part of a team
