Job Description

A global financial services provider is seeking a Head of Corporate Communications to implement the global communications strategy. \\n This is a 12-month FTC. \\n\\n Help articulate the corporate story, in partnership with stakeholders across Marketing and the wider business \\n Develop assets that articulate comms strategy \\n Lead a team and implement a communications plan that supports the strategic objectives of the wider business \\n Shape the internal communications strategy and oversee teams delivery across specified regions \\n Measure the outcomes of communications initiatives internal targets \\n Continuously challenge thinking on the very best communication solutions, seeking counsel and inspiration from other regions, to generate the right outcomes \\n Play a valuable role in the UK and Leadership groups, representing the Communications team and making strategic contributions to strategic directions global marketing approach \\n Be responsible for all aspects of the communications budget, ensuring forecasting and expenditure is managed effectively for optimal returns \\n Lead the team to successfully deliver on annual plans, budgets and quarterly agile plans.

This includes a strong focus on co-creation of plans across the team, ensuring all our Marketing and Communications plans are fully integrated and optimised \\n\\n B2B financial services is preferred ideally corporate, investment and private banking \\n~10+ years experience in corporate communications, internal communications, digital marketing and content \\n~ Proven experience of building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and the ability to find solutions in seemingly conflicting situations \\n~ A strong team player, willing to make positive contributions to global and local marketing leadership teams with a desire to collaborate for success \\n~ Ability to think dierently, with creative air, to inuence internal understanding of the importance of communications and brand \\n~ 1-year FTC \\n Hybrid working
