A large retail brand is looking for a new Marketing Assistant to join their performance marketing team.

This is your opportunity to play a key role in executing paid marketing campaigns across PPC, affiliates, and social media while contributing to the growth of some of the most beloved brands in the industry.

Location: London hybrid working 3 days in the office

Reporting to: Paid Search Manager

Salary: £28,000 – £31,000

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Paid Search Manager in planning and executing paid campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Craft engaging ad copy aligned with brand messaging and coordinate with creative teams to deliver high-quality marketing assets.
  • Monitor budgets and track KPIs to ensure campaign success.
  • Analyse campaign performance daily and optimise strategies for better results.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement test-and-learn plans.
  • Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights.

What We’re Looking For

Skills & Experience:

  • 1 years experience in digital marketing preferably with a b2c brand
  • Strong attention to detail and data analysis skills.
  • Basic knowledge of platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (certifications are a plus).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • A passion for digital marketing with a keen desire to learn and grow.
