I’m working exclusively with a heritage-led creative business in the luxury space to find a Marketing Manager who can lead and evolve the marketing across two complementary brands – one in high-end photography and the other in premium e-commerce. This is a rare and rewarding opportunity to join a family-run business with a deeply creative, craft-focused ethos – where marketing is seen as integral to growth, storytelling, and customer connection.
You’ll lead the entire marketing function – from shaping strategy to delivering digital campaigns and creating beautifully executed brand materials. The role blends digital, traditional, and e-commerce marketing, and offers real creative freedom within a close-knit, high-standards team.
Your Role:
- Develop and own the marketing strategy across both B2C and B2B arms of the business
- Drive brand identity, voice, and visual consistency across all touchpoints
- Lead digital marketing activity: SEO, paid social, email marketing, and CRM
- Manage an agency for PPC / Meta Ads and oversee performance
- Own and optimise the Shopify site – product launches, UX, CRO, and content
- Deliver high-quality traditional campaigns – printed brochures, editorial outreach, press packs
- Build community initiatives and loyalty campaigns for a high-spend, emotionally connected audience
- Collaborate closely with the owner and creative team to bring stories, products, and services to life
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in a broad marketing role (covering both digital and traditional channels)
- Strategic mindset, but hands-on – you’re just as happy writing campaign copy as reviewing ROI
- Strong experience with Shopify, Google Ads, SEO, and CRM platforms (Mailchimp or similar)
- Eye for design and messaging – ideally with a background in luxury, creative, or lifestyle brands
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills – able to manage multiple workstreams
- Passionate about high-quality content, brand-led storytelling, and customer experience
This is an ideal role for a self-motivated marketer who loves combining creativity and strategy and wants to make a meaningful impact in a business that truly values design, heritage, and customer connection.
