We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join a leading residential developer on a 12–18 month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead multi-channel marketing efforts and play a key role in driving lead generation, brand positioning, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and analyse email campaigns to support lead generation, engagement, and customer retention.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all channels and touchpoints; support brand development and positioning initiatives.
- Manage relationships with creative and PR agencies, including briefing, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Liaise with sales, demand generation, and product teams to align marketing activities with business goals and pipeline needs.
- Oversee the creation and regular updates of sales collateral, including brochures, pitch decks, case studies, and product sheets.
- Collaborate with content creators to deliver relevant marketing materials across multiple channels (web, social, events, etc.).
