A global investment bank is seeking a Marketing Manager to design and implement global campaigns to drive brand awareness across all geographies. For this role, you’ll need marketing experience in investment banking or experience in private equity (PE). Responsibilities: Define campaign plans based on marketing strategies. Push the brand through creative marketing delivery, ensuring consistency in all aspects of the brand. Work with stakeholders with the right combination of skill sets to deliver each campaign. Deliver the best results through strong relationships with in-house channel experts, global counterparts & agencies. Review all campaign components, ensuring they meet high standards and enhance the connection to brand. Assess campaign performance and identify alternative solutions to enhance outcomes. Manage all aspects of campaigns, including budget, delivery timeline targets, and ensuring maximum ROI. Work internally with the Traffic Manager to allocate resources and accommodate campaign changes. Requirements: Strong B2B marketing skills with extensive experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns. Investment banking or private equity experience is essential. Deep understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels and their relevance to various audiences. Experience optimizing campaigns based on performance analysis and adapting to changing market conditions. Excellent skills in constructing clear briefs that articulate campaign objectives and metrics. Creative approach to asset development, pushing brand boundaries to generate exceptional assets.
