Marketing Manager

We’re partnering with a highly respected executive search and leadership advisory firm to hire their first Marketing Manager, a pivotal role focused on building a modern, high-impact, and AI-driven marketing function.

This is not a traditional marketing role. It’s an opportunity to shape the brand, build strategy from scratch, and use cutting-edge AI tools to redefine how a boutique firm operates.

The Opportunity

You’ll take full ownership of marketing, driving strategy, brand, and digital presence while embedding AI and automation into everything you do.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and execute a clear marketing strategy aligned with business growth
• Own and evolve the brand, positioning, and external presence
• Lead a full website redesign and manage ongoing digital performance
• Create and manage high-quality content (LinkedIn, website, thought leadership)
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to extract insights and turn them into compelling narratives
• Use data and analytics to continuously improve performance

AI is NOT optional in this role

A key part of this position is building a truly AI-powered marketing function.

You will:

• Actively use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI platforms
• Build automated workflows and AI agents
• Stay ahead of trends in AI, marketing tech, and automation
• Experiment constantly with new tools and ways of workingIdeally have some understanding of coding / technical workflows (or strong curiosity to learn)
• Bring new ideas on how AI can improve speed, quality, and impact

This role is for someone who is genuinely obsessed with AI and how it’s changing marketing

Qualifications

• Marketing experience (ideally in professional services / B2B)
• Strong understanding of brand, digital, and content strategy
• Hands-on mindset — happy to both strategise and execute
• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress/Webflow)
• Analytical mindset (SEO, performance tracking, etc.)
• Confident working with senior stakeholders
