A professional services provider based in London is seeking a Marketing Assistant to help the business deliver high quality events and marketing for a number of its offices across the UK.

Responsibilities include:

  • Updating and amending the website ensuring content is up to date.
  • Posting news, announcements, articles, and other new content for the website.
  • Amending barristers’ profiles to showcase their experience as directed.
  • Assisting with SEO to ensure ranking is as high as possible.
  • Drafting PR news-stories about cases, new authorships/reports/laws.
  • Working with marketing colleagues including creating images for social media and PR.
  • Commissioning and ordering brochures, promotional items, and branded goods such as pull up banners, pens, business cards, and noticeboards.
  • Managing e-mail databases for practice area marketing campaigns and occasional contact mailings.
  • Organising events including client conferences, seminars, and pupillage/recruitment open evenings and fairs.

Event organisation and event planning experience is essential. Recent graduates in marketing would be considered, with a marketing degree preferred. A high level of proficiency in Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is essential. Understanding of Canva and other common marketing platforms such as YouTube and Buzzsprout is beneficial but not essential.

£3-days in the office.
