Specialist in Marketing, Comms, Digital & Commercial Recruitment – Financial Services

A B2B financial services provider is seeking a Marketing Assistant to help with the planning, coordination, and delivery of conferences, events, and marketing campaigns. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a years experience in B2B marketing and/or B2B events.

This role is a 1-year FTC.

Responsibilities

• Assist the wider team with planning and executing client conferences and events
• Lead on the internal events programme and ownership of smaller client events
• Help with event logistics including venue booking, catering, AV requirements and collateral production
• Provide hands‑on support during events, ensuring smooth operations, from greeting guests to managing badge desks
• Development and schedule marketing campaigns across email, social media, and other channels
• Assist with content creation for event collateral, presentations, and digital platforms
• Ensure content for website, intranet, social media and screens.
• Provide general admin support to the Marketing team.

Requirements

• 1 year experience in B2B events / marketing
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM and marketing tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.
• No sponsorship given
