With a strong reputation for design excellence and a growing global footprint, this is a brilliant opportunity for a driven Senior Marketing Executive to join a small, high-performing team and own meaningful work from day one.
The Role
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be a senior individual contributor at the heart of the marketing team, leading campaign delivery, driving lead generation, and helping shape how the brand grows commercially.
What You'll Be Doing
- Planning and executing multi-channel lead generation campaigns (email, paid, social, content)
- Owning HubSpot CRM workflows — nurture sequences, lead scoring and pipeline attribution
- Developing premium lead magnet content including whitepapers, lookbooks and gated landing pages
- Managing and delivering trade shows, hospitality events and distributor activations end to end
- Supporting the commercial team with bespoke sales presentations and outreach strategies
- Contributing to brand, content and social media activity to a premium standard
- Reporting monthly against lead generation KPIs and feeding insight into team reviews
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years' marketing experience in a B2B, premium or design-led environment
- Proven track record in lead generation and campaign delivery, concept through to measurement
- Hands-on HubSpot experience including automation, list management and reporting
- Events management experience — trade shows, hospitality or distributor activations
- Commercially minded — you connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to produce premium-quality content
- AI-savvy — you use tools proactively to sharpen and accelerate your output
