Field Marketing Manager role with a rapidly growing SaaS business in Central London!
Salary: up to £80,000 + 20% bonus and share options
Responsibilities:
- Own and execute field marketing strategy aligned with budget and pipeline goals
- Deliver high-impact events (roundtables, workshops, exec & industry events, third-party) to exceed pipeline targets
- Drive strong registration, attendance, and conversion rates for virtual and in-person events
- Ensure smooth lead flow to marketing and sales systems for maximum impact
- Manage budgets effectively and reconcile spend with Finance
Your profile:
- Solid experience managing end-to-end B2B events (both in-person and digital) in high-growth software companies
- Comfortable learning and representing technical products
- Proven experience running third-party conferences from contracts to follow-ups
- Skilled in working closely with sales, BDRs, and cross-functional teams
- Managed event budgets and held budget responsibility
- Experience driving pipeline through events
- HubSpot experience is a plus
