A global bank is seeking a Campaign Executive to support the business with the creation and implementation of multi-channel B2B campaigns covering 2 key business areas. This role is a 6-month contract.
Responsibilities
- Work with business unit heads on marketing strategy and ensure alignment with business objectives and target audience preferences.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote investment banking products and services.
- Execute campaign execution across various channels such as digital platforms, events, email, and print and potentially social media; ensures cohesive messaging and consistent brand representation.
- Serve as advisor to the senior management, presenting campaign results, recommendations, and strategic initiatives to support business growth and objectives.
- Monitor marketing metrics and KPIs to evaluate campaign effectiveness, optimizes strategies, and provides actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes within the banking and private banking to ensure marketing strategies remain relevant and competitive.
- Identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning, providing insights to senior management to support informed decision making on marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment and facilitate professional development opportunities.
Requirements
- Multi-channel B2B marketing campaign experience essential ideally.
- Experience of investment banking and/or experience of wider private clients segment would be an advantage.
- Multi-channel campaign experience is essential.
- Outstanding strategic planning skills.
- Line management experience is also vital for this role.
- Creativity, passion, energy, and a bias towards action.
- Ability to think proactively and challenge common practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on-time.
