Consulting firm seeking Internal Communications Executive. Working closely with the Internal Communications Manager and Internal Communications team – supporting the development and delivery of engaging digital, print and visual communications and campaigns.
Responsible for planning and managing internal communications across the firm, including content creation for digital channels, advising stakeholders on best practices, supporting campaigns and broadcasts, and collaborating with senior leaders on strategic and reactive messaging. Also contributes to performance reporting, strategy development, and serves as a brand ambassador in all communications.
What we are looking for:
- Experience purely in internal communications
- 2-5 years of IC experience in corporate or financial
- Excellent knowledge of IC channels, strategy, and best practice
- Excellent copy writer and editor
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills
- Campaign delivery experience
- Experience of managing and delivering content on an intranet platform
- Experience on projects relating to employee engagement or change management
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Strong/confident communicator, with good influencing skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders with strong opinions
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and strong time management skills
- Collaborative team player who can drive ideas forward by bringing multiple perspectives together
- Able to prioritise, multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and self-motivated
