Do you have a passion for storytelling, a keen eye for detail, and a talent for crafting compelling messages across multiple channels? We’re looking for an Internal Communications and Content Coordinator to join one of our clients within the transport industry. In this exciting role, you’ll create engaging content, manage communication campaigns across digital and traditional channels, and collaborate with colleagues across the business to improve how we share information and celebrate our people.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with teams across the business to identify communication needs and opportunities, ensuring messages align with operational goals
- Create engaging content for a range of platforms, including print and our digital communication platform Blink
- Monitor campaign performance, evaluate impact, and apply insights to improve future communications
- Support and coordinate internal events, meetings, campaigns, and engagement initiatives
- Produce content such as presentations, photos, videos, and audio for use across internal platforms
- Provide guidance to colleagues on communication best practices and assist with communications-related administrative tasks
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver effective internal communications
- Stay up to date with the latest communication trends, tools, and technologies
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a communications or employee engagement role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong storytelling ability
- Experience creating content for different platforms and audiences
- Confidence using Microsoft Office tools
- Experience with Canva or Adobe is beneficial
- Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to use AI tools responsibly for research and drafting
