Interim Head of Digital Marketing
£500/day (outside IR35 or FTC option available)
6 months | Hybrid (3 days per week in Brighton HQ)
A well-established alternative fashion brand is seeking an experienced Interim Head of Digital Marketing to lead their digital function through a transitional period. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and make a tangible impact on performance across key digital channels.
The Opportunity
You’ll take the reins on all digital marketing activity – from e-commerce and CRM to paid media, social, and customer experience. The brand is in a fast-paced growth phase, and you’ll play a key role in maintaining momentum while contributing to longer-term strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day digital performance across e-com, CRM, paid, social, and CX
- Deliver quick wins and stabilise key functions during a critical handover period
- Work closely with internal teams and agency partners to ensure smooth execution
- Use data to optimise performance, customer retention, and ROI
- Provide clear reporting and insight to senior leadership
About You
- Proven interim/freelance experience in a senior digital role
- Strong understanding of DTC e-commerce, CRM, paid media, and social
- Able to hit the ground running and lead confidently in a fast-moving environment
- Hands-on and strategic, with excellent stakeholder management
- Experience with tools like Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, and Meta Ads Manager is ideal
