A leading alternative fashion brand is seeking a strategic, commercially-minded Head of Digital Marketing to lead and scale their global digital growth strategy. Reporting directly to the Founder, this is a rare opportunity to shape the future of a brand known for its bold creative direction and cult following.

The Role

As Head of Digital Marketing, you’ll take full ownership of all digital channels – from e-commerce and CRM to paid media, social, influencer marketing, and customer experience. You'll lead a high-performing team and work closely with senior leadership, product, and creative to drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty across international markets

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver the global digital strategy to drive growth and brand performance
  • Lead a cross-functional team across e-com, CRM, social, paid, and CX
  • Own the digital customer journey across all touchpoints, ensuring strong performance and ROI
  • Leverage tools like Klaviyo, Shopify Plus, Meta Ads Manager, and CRO platforms
  • Optimise acquisition and retention through advanced personalisation and segmentation
  • Drive innovation and test new platforms including TikTok Shop and app enhancements
  • Report directly to the Founder and work collaboratively with the SLT

About You

  • Proven experience leading digital strategy in a DTC/e-commerce business (fashion or lifestyle preferred)
  • Hands-on knowledge of paid media, CRM, e-commerce trading, and digital analytics
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Data-driven with strong commercial and creative acumen
  • Confident presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
