Our client, a well-established leisure and hospitality business, is seeking an experienced digital marketing professional to take ownership of their digital strategy. This is a unique opportunity to drive revenue growth and enhance customer experiences through innovative campaigns and cutting-edge digital initiatives. The role reports directly to the Director of Marketing and Communications and is based onsite 5 days a week in Doncaster . Please only apply if you can commit to this working arrangement. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy : Align digital initiatives with the organisation’s goals to increase engagement, sales, and brand growth across multiple platforms. CRM management and optimisation : Grow the database, analyse customer behaviour, and implement strategies to improve retention, engagement, and upselling opportunities. Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns : Lead PPC, display, and social media initiatives to attract high-quality traffic and drive conversion rates. Oversee website performance : Work with internal teams and external developers to ensure an exceptional user experience, SEO optimisation, and robust e-commerce capabilities, including cross-selling and upselling features. Manage the creation of digital content : Direct the production of impactful and engaging content for websites, email campaigns, SMS, apps, and social media to ensure consistent brand messaging. Monitor performance metrics and analytics : Use tools like Google Analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness, generate insights, and refine strategies to maximise ROI. Foster cross-functional collaboration : Partner with sales, marketing, and creative teams to align digital efforts with overall business objectives and meet key commercial KPIs. Manage budgets effectively : Oversee the digital marketing budget to ensure resources are used efficiently while delivering maximum impact. Stay at the forefront of industry trends : Research and implement new tools, technologies, and strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Liaise with external agencies and partners : Ensure the delivery of high-quality campaigns and innovative digital solutions. About You: Experience : At least 5+ years in a senior digital marketing role, ideally within the leisure, hospitality, or travel sectors. Leadership : Strong track record of managing and developing teams and building effective relationships with external agencies. Digital expertise : In-depth knowledge of PPC, SEO, social media marketing, and CRM strategies, with a working knowledge of platforms like Umbraco (preferred). Analytical mindset : Strong skills in data analysis to make data-driven decisions and optimise campaigns. Innovative and adaptable : Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with a creative approach to solving challenges. This role is paying £55,000 – £65,000 + benefits
