The role:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative marketing and recruitment specialist to join our team on a freelance basis to help us implement a number of key marketing initiatives across our 2 brands. This is a pivotal role that blends strategic digital marketing, designed to elevate our brand and help us engage with our historical client base and potential new ones. You will be responsible for developing content and executing digital marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment campaigns.
- Write content for social media, and email platforms to attract new clients to raise brand awareness.
- Create engaging content that highlights our company culture, employee stories and testimonials from clients.
- Manage content across our website.
- Collaborate with consultants to understand their markets and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
- Analyse campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve candidate acquisition and engagement.
- Monitor and engage with a diverse range of candidates across our brandβs social media channels.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in digital marketing within the recruitment industry. Essential.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, however not essential to be considered for this role.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and social media advertising platforms.
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
- Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
