Ecommerce Manager
An established British-born ecommerce retailer is looking for an experienced Ecommerce Manager to join their growing team. With a strong presence in the industry and a loyal customer base spanning over 80 countries, this company is known for its uniquely designed products and innovative approach.

You are a driven, hardworking, and self-motivated individual with experience in a similar role, ideally within a small to medium-sized business. You have worked directly with stakeholders in a fast-growing company and have a proven track record in E-commerce global sales. You thrive in a stand-alone role, managing your workload efficiently while demonstrating exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and professionalism.
Requirements and Skills:
- Oversee the ecommerce website, ensuring optimal performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
- Manage and maintain all product listings, ensuring accuracy, quality, and SEO best practices.
- Identify and implement strategies to drive online sales and customer engagement.
- Lead ongoing website development projects, working with internal teams and external agencies to introduce new features and functionalities.
- Analyse website traffic, customer behaviour, and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to optimise website elements, including navigation, content, and checkout experience.
- Ensure seamless integration between the ecommerce platform, CRM, and marketing tools to enhance customer experience.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing and social media teams to align online campaigns with ecommerce goals.
- Manage relationships with third-party suppliers, including payment processors, logistics partners, and digital tool providers.
- Oversee the implementation of personalisation strategies, using data insights to enhance the customer journey.
- Keep up to date with emerging ecommerce trends, platforms, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: £40,000 – £50,000
