Hybrid working - 3 days in the office

We’re looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to lead and execute affiliate marketing strategy across a growing multi-brand retail portfolio in the fashion, lifestyle, and homeware sectors. This is a key role focused on driving customer acquisition, retention, and long-term profitability through strategic affiliate partnerships, with a strong emphasis on Partnerize platform management.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the affiliate channel strategy across multiple brands and international markets.
  • Own the Partnerize platform – utilising all tools for tracking, reporting, commissioning, and onboarding.
  • Drive measurable growth through optimised affiliate activity (CPA, LTV, revenue, sessions, etc).
  • Identify and recruit high-impact affiliates aligned with brand and customer profiles.
  • Develop partnerships with content creators, influencers, cashback/voucher platforms and loyalty partners.
  • Collaborate across marketing, ecommerce, insights and creative teams to align campaigns.
  • Champion a “test and learn” approach to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Analyse performance using Google Analytics, Partnerize, and internal dashboards.
  • Benchmark competitor activity and adjust strategy to remain ahead in the affiliate space.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting for the affiliate channel.
  • Educate internal stakeholders on the value and opportunity within affiliate marketing.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience leading large-scale affiliate programmes in ecommerce retail (fashion or lifestyle preferred).
  • Hands-on expertise with Partnerize – functionality, integrations, and commissioning logic.
  • Strong commercial awareness and budget management ability.
  • Skilled in analysing performance data (Google Analytics, Excel, Partnerize).
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on, detail-focused approach.
  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence managing both internal and external relationships.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing at all levels.
  • Experience integrating influencer/creator campaigns into affiliate models is a plus.
