A B2B financial services provider is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to design and implement digital campaigns with a strong focus on lead generation. This role is key in driving inbound interest and crucial in assisting the business achieve its 2026 and 2027 ambitious growth numbers. You'll manage email marketing campaigns, paid media, social and content to drive engagement, lead and brand awareness.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end design and execution of integrated campaigns – B2B &/or B2C
- Shape and deliver the marketing campaign strategy
- Implement campaigns across digital, email, paid media, social and content
- Build engaging communications for internal and external audiences, with clear, consistent messaging
- Work closely with sales to ensure campaigns are aligned with commercial objectives
- Be responsible for end-to-end paid media planning
- Work with agencies to implement campaigns
- Manage ROI and review performance
- Manage multiple campaigns at the same time with different audiences and objectives
- Use performance insight to understand what’s working, spot opportunities and keep improving marketing effectiveness.
Requirements
- Hands-on digital channel experience essential - B2B and/or B2C strategy through execution
- Financial services experience is essential.
- An understanding of ETFs would be a distinct advantage
- Experience in asset or investment management is strongly preferred
- Campaign planning experience essential
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Paid media, email, CRM, social and ability to manage content for all digital channels essential
- UK experience essential
Salary: £75,000 - £95,000 (dependent on experience) + excellent bonus + benefits. 3-days in the office.
