About Our Opportunity

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Training Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in supporting the planning, coordination, and administration of training activities across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment, has strong administrative skills, and is passionate about helping colleagues develop their skills and knowledge. Whether you already have experience in a training or coordination role or are looking to build a career in learning and development, full training will be provided.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth organisation and administration of training courses, helping employees access the learning and development opportunities they need. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating, booking, and processing internal and external training courses.
  • Creating purchase order numbers using Dynamics 365 and processing virtual credit card requests.
  • Managing certification processes and responding to certificate‑related enquiries.
  • Maintaining accurate training records and entering data into our Learning Management System (Dayforce).
  • Supporting general office administration and ordering office supplies.
  • Responding to enquiries from employees, managers, and external stakeholders.
  • Meeting and greeting visitors to the training department.
  • Preparing training rooms and learning materials for EMR courses.
  • Managing NPORS awarding body administration.
  • Processing department invoices accurately and efficiently.
  • Liaising with hotels and caterers to arrange accommodation and refreshments for meetings and training courses.
  • Providing general administrative support and assisting with other office duties as required.

About You

  • A willingness to learn new systems and processes.
  • An understanding of the importance of training and development within a successful business.
  • A collaborative approach, sharing knowledge, experience, and best practice with colleagues.

Desirable Skills and Experience

Previous experience in a similar administrative, training, or coordination role would be beneficial but is not essential, as full training will be provided. Experience with any of the following systems would be advantageous:

  • Microsoft 365
  • Dynamics 365
  • Trade 2
  • Dayforce

A driving licence is preferred but not essential.
