You will manage the internal transport planning team, ensure safe, compliant and cost-efficient operations, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across EMR.
You will oversee scheduling, routing, KPI tracking and rate governance while supporting recruitment, training and incident investigations in partnership with HR and SHE coordinators.
