About Our Opportunity We’re looking for an organised and detail-focused Administration Coordinator to provide essential administrative support across our central business functions.

You’ll play a key role in managing purchase orders, supplier accounts, national contract records, and operational administration.

Working closely with central departments, operational teams, suppliers, and contractors, you’ll help ensure accurate records, compliance, and smooth day-to-day business operations.

What You Will Be Doing

Raising and processing purchase orders for operational and engineering teams.

Managing central supplier accounts and maintaining supporting documentation.

Supporting the administration and record keeping of national contracts.

Providing administrative support and system updates to operational departments.

Working with central teams to maintain central portal functions.

Supporting the Electrical Engineering team with purchase order administration.

Maintaining accurate electronic filing systems, databases, and records.

Producing reports and providing administrative information when required.

Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve queries.

Ensuring processes meet company procedures, policies, and audit requirements.

Supporting the wider central team with general business administration.

About You

Previous experience in an administration, business support, or coordinator role.

Experience raising and managing purchase orders.

Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with supplier accounts, procurement, or contract administration would be advantageous.
