- About Our Opportunity
- We’re looking for a proactive and reliable
Logistics Team Member to join our Warehouse and Logistics team.
In this role, you’ll support the smooth running of plant operations by ensuring materials, vehicles, and stock are managed safely and efficiently.
Working closely with the Operations Manager and wider team, you’ll help maintain an organised, safe, and productive environment while supporting the plant’s operational goals and service standards.
- What You Will Be Doing
- Supporting day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations across the plant.
- Controlling vehicles entering and leaving the site, including weighing loads and recording data.
- Loading, unloading, and preparing materials for dispatch according to daily schedules.
- Transferring materials in line with production and despatch plans.
- Operating plant and equipment such as FLTs, loaders, pallet trucks, and other machinery (when trained and licensed).
- Maintaining accurate stock records and paperwork.
- Supporting stock and quality checks alongside the management team.
- Reporting hazards, incidents, and near misses while promoting a strong safety culture.
- Maintaining high housekeeping standards across the site.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve operational targets and business objectives.
About You
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or factory environment.
- Experience operating FLT equipment (Reach and Counterbalance).
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
- Ability to work well within a team and follow operational procedures.
- Strong attention to detail with a hands-on, practical approach.
- Reliable, proactive, and committed to maintaining safe working practices.
- Experience with 360 equipment or MEWP.
- Experience using weighbridge systems.
