About our opportunity
Metal recycling doesn’t seem all that glamourous from the outside. But if you want in, we can show you exactly how innovative, purposeful and forward-thinking our work is. If you want to help shape the future of sustainability – not simply by recycling valuable materials, but by being a core part of the solution to the circular economy challenges currently standing in the way – this is the role for you.
This will be working: Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm and Saturdays 7am to 12pm.
What you will be doing
Day-to-day, you will be responsible for growing the potential in each one of your team members, giving them the tools and support they need to thrive. And you’ll ensure the smooth and efficient running of your whole site, with a big picture view on continuous improvement.

We don’t believe in shutting doors on potential, so we don’t ask over the odds for qualifications or experience. We can teach you everything you need to know. What we can’t teach is:
