What we can’t teach is: A personable, individual leadership approach The need to challenge yourself Excellent communication Continuous drive to be better and encourage others to do the same A strong understanding of maintenance planning, asset reliability and operational performance Experience working in industries such as recycling, quarrying. Aggregates, manufacturing, waste management, ports or other heavy engineering environments is desirable If you have these qualities, you’re already well on your way to being an incredible General Manager. We’ll happily fill in the gaps by developing your knowledge, skills and expertise on the job. You don’t have to know a single thing about the metal recycling industry – just the enthusiasm to learn.
