About Our Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Regional Mechanical Fitter to join our team. As a core member of the maintenance function, you will carry out reactive, predictive, and planned maintenance across our sites. This is a mobile role covering locations within the South and South-West London area only, with a company van and tools provided. Working hours are Monday–Friday, with overtime available.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Monitor, fault-find, maintain, and repair a wide range of equipment including conveyors, crushers, screens, shredders and shears.
  • Carry out proactive and reactive maintenance to prevent breakdowns and ensure smooth operational performance.
  • Maintain, monitor, and document all service, maintenance, and CMMS records.
  • Identify, investigate, and report machine faults and damages using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to eliminate recurring issues.

About You:

  • Proven background maintaining and repairing heavy plant and mobile machinery in engineering environments.
  • Able to work independently, managing your own time, workload, and site responsibilities effectively.
  • Full UK driving licence (company van and tools provided).
