We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team. Although London based, this is a fully remote position with flexible working hours to suit your schedule. In this role, you will engage with property owners identified by our research team to discuss potential interest in selling their empty homes. You will also serve as a point of contact for members of the public who submit empty property leads, keeping them informed of our progress and fostering positive relationships., * Proactively manage outbound calls to follow up on empty property leads.

  • Build strong relationships with property owners, providing clear information and guidance on potential property sales.

  • Keep members of the public informed on the status of their submitted property leads.

  • Provide expert knowledge about the company’s services and offerings to potential clients.

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all client interactions. Experience with Salesforce CRM is preferred but not essential.

  • At least 1 year of experience within the empty property or related property sector.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle multiple enquiries.

  • A positive, proactive attitude and a passion for customer service.

  • Previous / current experience in the property industry is desirable.
