We’re Empty Property Hunters and we\'re on a mission to track down thme owners of long term empty properties, purchase them and bring them back into use.

Every property we unlock is another step towards tackling the housing challenge.

Now, we’re growing our London team and looking for a driven Empty Property Acquisitions Specialist to join our cause.

💼 What you’ll be doing:

  • Researching and valuing empty or underused properties.
  • Speaking directly with owners to negotiate fair deals.
  • Collaborating with our amazing ‘hunter’ community to share insights and best practice.
  • Helping raise awareness of the empty homes movement and the difference it can make.

👀 Who we’re looking for:

  • Confident, curious, and great with people.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ideally some property experience (sales, lettings, development) & would suit a recent Graduate.
  • Tech and social media savvy – comfortable using tools to find and connect.
  • Above all, motivated by purpose and impact.
