We’re Empty Property Hunters and we\'re on a mission to track down thme owners of long term empty properties, purchase them and bring them back into use.

Now, we’re growing our London team and looking for a driven Empty Property Acquisitions Specialist to join our cause.
💼 What you’ll be doing:
- Researching and valuing empty or underused properties.
- Speaking directly with owners to negotiate fair deals.
- Collaborating with our amazing ‘hunter’ community to share insights and best practice.
- Helping raise awareness of the empty homes movement and the difference it can make.
👀 Who we’re looking for:
- Confident, curious, and great with people.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ideally some property experience (sales, lettings, development) & would suit a recent Graduate.
- Tech and social media savvy – comfortable using tools to find and connect.
