We’re looking for a Creative Marketing Specialist to join our team and support a portfolio of retail clients across social media marketing, content creation, campaign delivery, and client communication.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys bringing brands to life online. You’ll be creating engaging social content, writing captions, planning campaigns, managing client accounts, and making sure each client’s marketing feels fresh, consistent, and commercially focused. One day you might be designing social graphics and editing short form video. The next, you could be checking in with a client, or spotting an opportunity to help a retailer increase engagement, footfall, or online sales. What you’ll be doing
- Managing day to day social media activity for a portfolio of retail clients.
- Creating engaging digital content, including social media graphics, short form videos, promotional assets, and campaign visuals.
- Writing clear, engaging, on brand copy for captions, adverts, offers, and promotional campaigns.
- Planning and scheduling content to keep client activity consistent and timely.
- Liaising directly with clients to understand their promotions, events, priorities, and marketing needs.
- Keeping campaigns organised, on schedule, and aligned with each client’s brand.
- Spotting opportunities for clients to connect with their audience, promote key products, and stand out from competitors.
- Working with the wider Empros team to deliver high‑quality creative marketing support.
