About The Job Fabric Engineer
My Client is an establish FM Company, who are seeking a qualified and experienced Fabric Engineer to join their team in Liverpool. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to progress as a Supervisor.
The Successful Fabric Engineer Will Have
- An NVQ Level 2 or equivalent within a Trade, as well as PASMA
- Minimum of 2 years Fabric Engineering experience
- Experience working within FM
The Duties Of The Fabric Engineer Will Include
- Ensuring that fabric maintenance tasks are carried out to meet and exceed expectations and agreed service level agreements.
- To carry out planned and reactive maintenance, as required. Including, but not limited to electrical & mechanical PPM (where skills are possible) and reactive works, minor building repairs, fabric repairs, plumbing works including
- Responding to building fabric emergency repairs as needed and providing assistance to colleagues when required. Undertaking reactive maintenance assigned via the helpdesk and completing fabric planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks
